• Your Balony Place gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue (unless other arrangements are made) and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
• You may use all of the value or part of the value of the gift voucher.  Any unused funds will be given to you in credit notes to be utilised at another time at your convenience, within the 6 month period from date of issue. 
• All reservations are subject to availability, please mention your gift voucher at time of booking.
