How to Buy

STEP 1 – SELECT gifts for friends, family and yourself

Browse our wide range of products available on our web site.  Download our “Online Order Form” and complete as indicated.

 STEP 2 – ORDER the products you want

 STEP 3 – PAY for your products

Your payment can be made via cheque, money order, direct deposit, gift voucher or cash.  Please note that your order will be despatched once your payment has been approved.

STEP 4 – DESPATCHING your order

An Innate Awakenings customer service representative will be in contact with you within 24 hours to confirm your details and advise on delivery charges & expected time frames.  A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been processed.

 Shipping & Returns

 How long does delivery take?

 We do our very best to ensure you receive your products within a very minimal timeframe after purchasing them.  Your order is processed within 24 hours, providing we have the stock available.  Delivery time will depend on your location & size of package.  Generally it may take up to 10 working days.  Small items will be express posted to you via Australia post (within Australia) with a guarantee of overnight delivery to all major cities & 2-3 days for outside areas.  International orders may take up to 14 days, however we will advise with your confirmation.  Due to storage limitations, please accept our apologies if any items are out of stock.

How much does postage and handling cost?

 Once your order has been placed we will advise you with your confirmation.  Generally the cost will depend on the weight & size of the package.  All postage starts from $7.50

 Are packages insured?

 If you would like your items to be insured please tick the box when completing your “Online Order Form”.  A costing will be forwarded to you.

 Will there be additional levies charged to my purchase?

 There will be no additional fees if delivered within Australia. For International deliveries please contact your local customs authorities.

 What are your return & exchange policies?

 Innate Awakenings purchases come with a ‘money back’ guarantee.  All returned products, must comply with the following guidelines:

 Contact must be made within 7 days via a written confirmation advising us on your decission to return your products.
All products must be returned within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase, unused, undamaged and with the original wrapping.

Any returned items will be at your own cost, unless faulty & we require that they are fully insured by yourself.
If you change your mind, return of unsuitable products is at your own cost and will not be reimbursed by Innate Awakenings.
If you request an exchange, a A$25 handling charge will apply.
For faulty products, Innate Awakenings will happily organise a refund or a replacement, in which case Innate Awakenings will cover all postage & insurance costs.
Refunds will not be processed until the returned product is received by Innate Awakenings. It is your responsibility to ensure the products are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please keep proof of postage. Otherwise, if the parcel goes missing, we will deem you not to have returned the products.
Due to strict health regulations – we will not accept any medicine, health, cosmetics etc. products back if the package has been tampered with in any way.
Will your pricing be different when I place an order?

All recommended retail prices are correct at the time of printing & going live on the internet.  We will do our very best to ensure all costing on the internet are up to date however the cost may vary depending on each product.  Please ensure you keep a print out of your costs from the internet as this will be the price you will be charged.  Prices are shown in A$, please contact us regarding currency conversion.

 Will the products vary when I get them home?

 Please note that illustrations do not necessarily show the actual size or exact colour of the items. What if I want to cancel or change my order?

 Please contact Innate Awakenings customer service team on: 1300 733 522 or email: innateawakenings@bigpond.com to change or cancel any order.

Changes & cancellations are permitted prior to the despatch of any goods. A 5% fee applies to all changes and cancellations to cover all handling and processing costs.

Are my private details kept private?

The personal information given to us is for the purpose of processing your order.  Any information you give us is held in strict confidentiality and will not be shared with any third party.  The only time Innate Awakenings may provide your personal information to a third party service provider is to assist with the fulfilment of your order such as courier companies.   Any information you provide is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. We do not send unsolicited mail and we will only send email marketing material if you have consented.
