Please ensure you have read and understand the following prior to committing to any course, workshop or seminar:
 
• All bookings are required to be paid 4 weeks prior to your course commencing.
• To secure your position 50% of the workshop is required for the deposit, unless noted otherwise
• All cancellations must be given in writing via email to renai@balonyplace.com and received by the appropriate time frame.
• A full refund will be given if your cancellation notice is received 2 weeks prior to your events start date.
• Notice less than 2 weeks – You will receive a refund of your money excluding a $50.00 booking free. 

If the facilitator cancels a workshop for any unforseen reason you will recieve a full refund of all money’s paid to date

N.B: Compationate notice will recieve a full refund, including but not limited to unforseen illness, loved one death or major life events etc. at the decretion of the facilitator.

Please respect others and note that your spot in a workshop may require someone to miss out due to limited numbers.  Please cancel with enough notice that someone may be able to join the workshop.
